You won't just manage accounts; you'll own outcomes. This is a high-impact role that combines customer success and technical project program management. The best candidates combine technical depth with an entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed mindset.
Because we're an early-stage startup with multiple needs, this role can also evolve toward contributing to product design, leading our marketing strategy, working on pre-sales (demo, Q&A with prospects), or developing our brand awareness within the tech community (participation to events, organize workshops).
And as we grow, the role can evolve in the direction that fits you best, whether that's product, operations, marketing, sales, or deeper technical ownership. We're small enough that your trajectory won't be predefined. The scope grows with you.
