Vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage dynamique porté en grande partie sur la relation client ? La Chine vous passionne? Alors ce stage est fait pour vous. Date de début Dès que possible Durée Entre 3 et 6 mois Salaire et avantage Minimum 577,50 €/mois net Mission: Establishing and maintaining to understanding and friendly relations between the guests and hotel as following.
FINANCIAL RETURNS – Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities. – Develop and implement guest contact systems. PEOPLE – Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival. – Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests.
GUEST EXPERIENCE – Monitor guest relations’ personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure. – Oversee maintenance of efficient repeat guest history system.
Profil Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent. 3 moths experience in front desk / Guest services operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Chinese well.
