Vous rêvez de partir faire vos premières armes dans un hôtel de luxe aux Maldives ? Ce stage est fait pour vous. Date de début Lundi 2 juillet 2018 Salaire et avantages: 600 USD (+/- 480 €) par mois + logement + repas + billet retour + VISA. Prévoir 565 € de frais d'agence pour un stage de 6 mois, payable uniquement après obtention d'un stage.
Mission: Our partner is a luxury hotel based in one of the Maldives islands.
As a receptionist intern, after a training period, you will : – Participate in the greeting and informing customers on living conditions: rates, benefits… After learning the proper speech. – Help dealing with bookings: recording arrivals / departures and dealing with complaints. – Try to maintain information materials available to customers. – Propose / sale tourists services in collaboration with the person in charge. – Be taught how to reply correclty to mail, fax, phone – Check rooms after learning the proper way to do it (minibar's drinks consumed in the « Equipment Loan ») / Ensure billing of travel and meals / Accept bills, control deferred payments… – Establish rates / Sales trip Profil Fluent English Native French OR German No previous experience in tourism or hospitality is necessary but will be appreciated More information : We need an internship agreement from your school or Erasmus placement.
PIC Management's purpose is to help students who are willing to develop their experience abroad by connecting them to an international partnerships network.
