SAP Support Expert (PP)

As a member of our SAP Support team, you will analyze and resolve the issues reported by users of Lesaffre Core Model SAP system by Providing information about Lesaffre Core Model Providing guidance to the users Resolve relevant support requests Identify workarounds & design final solutions by considering best practices and rules at the company Executing changes of configuration Leading the process when developers are required Perform and lead testing ABAP debugging skills are highly appreciated Coordinate and supervise external resources Participating in projects when required Guarantee that LCM (Lesaffre Core Model) rules are respected by supervising LCM implementation projects Finetuning SAP setup including advise to developers to change custom developments Performing maintenance of master data Willingness to travel occasionally Opened to learn and understand connected processes of other SAP modules
