1. Quality Assurance & Control Conduct internal audits for QMS, FSMS, GMP, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor product and raw material compliance against specifications (COA creation, RM/PM approvals, product release). Manage nonconformities and deviations: document, investigate root causes, and drive resolution.

Coordinate the blockage/de-blockage of non-conforming products and raw materials. 2. Food Safety & Hygiene Oversee and verify implementation of QMS, hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC). Follow up on pest control, sanitation practices, and departmental hygiene compliance.

Participate in trial implementations and validations of new products or processes from a QA perspective. 3. Inspections, Audits & Documentation Conduct onsite inspections in all production and storage areas, promote departmental compliance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA documentation (NCRs, complaints, traceability logs, audit records, etc.).

Support the preparation and execution of internal/ external audits. 4. Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation Investigate customer complaints, product deviations, and quality failures using root cause analysis tools. Participate in risk assessments, process studies, and suggest process improvements. Support implementation of new QA protocols, materials, and procedures. 5.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with production, supply chain, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve quality and compliance issues. Provide QA-related feedback through reports, emails, and staff training sessions. Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and implement follow-up quality improvements.
