This role is aimed at an experienced CIO Advisory Manager, capable of working across all CIO transformation workstreams.
YOUR MISSIONSAs a CIO Advisory Manager (M/F), you participate in:Conducting IS transformation studies for primarily major account clientsDefining IS operations management strategiesDefining and implementing the strategic plan (IT master plan, long- and medium-term plan, strategic scoping note)Defining the sourcing strategyAuditing processes, operations organisations, and existing IS infrastructures and assessing their maturityBuilding business casesImproving the operational efficiency of the CIO organisationOptimising CIO costsEngaging our clients in reducing their energy footprintDefining and implementing the Target Operating ModelDefining recommendations and overseeing their implementationDeveloping client processes, procedures, and reportingPresenting to leadership teamsContributing to M&A operationsDriving change management inherent to technology transformations (Network, Cloud, Workplace)Managing consultants on engagements and internal commitment workstreamsWorking with partners and offering leads to develop the practice's offerings
