The integration of Generative AI into .NET architectures (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET) is transforming the design of business applications. This role, with no client travel (office-based or remote up to 2 days per week), is aimed at an experienced .NET AI Lead Developer, capable of designing architectures and providing technical leadership to teams.
YOUR MISSIONSAs a .NET AI Lead Developer (M/F), you play a central role in the design and optimisation of software architectures whilst integrating AI components where they deliver genuine business value.
You operate in an agile and collaborative environment, on varied projects involving .NET, AI and cloud environments, notably Azure.Design & Development:Analyse technical and functional requirements, audit existing systemsDesign and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures in .NETIntegrate and leverage generative AI and machine learning services (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET)Leadership & Mentoring:Facilitate technical workshops, share best practices and supervise teamsEnsure developer upskilling through mentoring and code reviewsDefine and promote development and architecture standardsQuality, Performance & Deployment:Implement and ensure DevOps and CI/CD best practicesConduct code reviews and ensure software quality and securityMaintain a technology watch and propose relevant innovations
