Perform machine health checks, based on a checklist/manual SME to develop machines critical control points by studying the O&Ms of critical equipment’s (separators, clarifiers, pumps) Support on identifying the critical equipment list with the upper and lower limits of the various measured parameters. Assess equipment condition, recommend repair methods, and verify the quality of repairs.
Ensure the proper implementation of the lubrication across the site equipment. Develop a condition-based maintenance program for the critical equipment if not yet developed. Standards & Regulations Compliance with all regulatory rules applied within Lesaffre Egypt Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Compile all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
