This role will analyze performance metrics, manage reporting cycles, and provide insights that drive data-driven decision-making and sustainable growth.
Key Duties • Develop financial models and monitor P&L performance across regions. • Prepare monthly reports and assist in variance analysis. • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. • Collaborate with department leads to track costs and optimize spending. • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Assist in compliance with tax, audit, and reporting standards.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A. • Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI or Tableau). • Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS accounting principles. • Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills.
