Deploying Microsoft 365 and Copilot requires deep expertise in change management (scoping, workshops, training, Generative AI support). This role is aimed at a confirmed M365 and Copilot Change Management Lead, capable of acting as an expert on complex or multi-team projects.
YOUR MISSIONSAs an M365 and Copilot Change Management Lead (M/F), you work with our clients on Microsoft and Copilot solutions, the core of our business.Support our clients in their change strategy on Microsoft and Copilot solutionsFacilitate project scoping workshops, training on tools/software and use cases, user impact workshops, ambassador and sponsor sessionsUnderstand and adapt to different types of IT organisations, with a persona-based approach (mapping) to propose relevant strategies and recommendationsDevelop strategies and build change management plans aligned with client needs following scoping studies and impact analysisConcretely support the IT transformation of our clients: carve-in, carve-out, implementation of a DMS, M365 solutions and software, Copilot M365, Copilot Chat for web, Copilot Agents, Generative AI acculturationAssist in steering and enriching the change management offering, designing and integrating change solutions based on recognised methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci)Deliver training remotely and in person, in English and FrenchDesign training materials, guides, charters, instructions, videosMaintain a technology and AI watch, be a driver of innovationContribute to internal team upskilling and capitalisation of best practicesAct as an expert on complex or multi-team projects, with a strong advisory posture
