Mission: Category Manager oversees a category of products and drives product performance & profitability, by leading go-to-market and supporting sales development through product portfolio life cycle management. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, technologies, customers’ needs and suggest portfolio value creation for a sustainable and profitable growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the product value proposition. Is accountable of deployment of portfolio positioning. Develop and implement an action plan for product pre- and post-launch phases. Track key performance indicators to assess product success on the market and make recommendations to optimize sales.
Support sales teams by keeping marketing material & tool kits up to date and adapted to our customers. Develop and execute internal & external marketing training plans for sales teams and customers. Ensure all aspects of the marketing mix.
