YOUR MISSIONSAs a Business Analyst Salesforce (M/F), you are the key link between project teams and end users.
You contribute to defining, designing and deploying Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business priorities.Analyse user requirements and propose suitable functional solutionsConfigure Salesforce to standards for simple and medium-complexity casesCreate and maintain documentation of requirements, processes and solutionsPrepare analysis reports and presentations for stakeholdersTrain end users and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)Upskill on new Salesforce products and obtain 2 certifications per yearCollaborate closely with project teams and participate in continuous improvement
