Independently lead or work within project teams to conduct laboratory tests, customer production line trials, bakery product development and demonstrations, as well as provide technical training—while meeting both customer needs and internal company requirements (e.g., internal training support, new product development, new technical solution development, etc.).
Keep abreast of and collect information about the baking market, customer feedback, competitors and samples, bakery-related businesses, bakery industry associations (baking) and events, etc. Provide related advice and solution to the company.
