Your Responsibilities As an Outbound Account Executive for the North American market, you will: Manage and convert inbound leads (first 6–9 months): Qualify prospects and assess their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase value. Close deals to meet inbound sales targets.
Develop and lead the outbound strategy (months 7-12 and beyond): Identify and target new market segments. Execute outreach campaigns through emails, calls, and events. Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales cycle. Support the overall sales strategy: Generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
Your Profile We are looking for a candidate who is: Experienced: 3–6 years in sales, ideally in SaaS or tech industries, with strong expertise in outbound prospecting. Skillful: Organized and results-driven. Strong in communication and negotiation. Adaptive and eager to contribute to team success. Multilingual: Fluent in English (required); French is a bonus.
